2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you use an account, Forge, admin tools, comments, reports, or other interactive features, additional rules shown in those areas may also apply.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website.
3. Website purpose
The site provides information and support for Machina Arcana and related Adreama products. This may include marketing pages, campaign links, official downloads, manuals, rules aids, guides, galleries, the public Card Database, FAQs, comments, issue reports, session reports, and the logged-in Adreama Forge player area.
We may change, suspend, remove, or reorganize site features at any time, especially while the unified site, Card Database, and Forge are being rebuilt.
4. Purchases and external platforms
This website does not currently process checkout payments directly. Current purchase links may send you to external platforms, including Gamefound:

External platforms may apply their own account, checkout, payment, delivery, refund, and privacy terms. Payment may be handled by platform-native payment flows or third-party payment processors.
Where Adreama d.o.o. is the seller of record, manufacturer, or responsible economic operator for a product, Adreama remains responsible for its own product obligations and mandatory consumer rights that apply by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
If a self-hosted Adreama shop is added later, the purchase terms will need to be updated before launch.
5. Accounts and Forge
If account features are available, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Use accurate information where the site needs it to provide support, account recovery, purchases, fulfillment, or legal records.
Do not attempt to access another account, bypass authentication, abuse admin tools, scrape private areas, interfere with site security, or use the site in a way that could harm the service or other users.
6. Comments, reports, and user submissions
If you submit public comments, replies, card issue reports, session reports, or similar text, you are responsible for what you submit.
You must not submit anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, spammy, infringing, privacy-invasive, malicious, or unrelated to the relevant feature.
You keep any rights you have in your submissions. You give Adreama d.o.o. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, edit for formatting, and use your submissions as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote the website, Card Database, Forge, and related community/support features.
We may moderate, hide, edit, refuse, or remove submissions, and may restrict accounts or access, where we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, protect the site, comply with law, or maintain the quality of the service.
7. Official files and downloads
Manuals, guides, rules aids, localized files, press materials, and other downloads are provided for official game support, review, press, and personal non-commercial use unless a file says otherwise.
Do not resell, commercially redistribute, remove credits, present modified files as official, or use downloads in a way that infringes Adreama's rights or the rights of artists, writers, designers, translators, or other contributors.
8. Intellectual property
Machina Arcana, Adreama, Adreama Games, Adreama Forge, Machina Arcana: Vivarium, Codex Arcanum, Codex Aeternum, and related names, logos, artwork, text, rules content, lore, downloads, data, interface designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Adreama d.o.o. or its partners unless stated otherwise.
You may link to public pages. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, sell, train models on, commercially exploit, or republish substantial parts of the site or database without written permission, except where allowed by an explicit license, press kit terms, community permission, or applicable law.
9. Third-party links and services
The site may link to Gamefound, social networks, payment platforms, communities, videos, stores, logistics partners, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability, security, or content.
10. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site useful and accurate, but the site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may correct errors, update information, change links, remove outdated files, or revise database content.
Game rules, card data, FAQs, errata, and files may evolve. If a page conflicts with a newer official rulebook, errata, campaign update, or direct support answer, the newer or more specific source may control.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adreama d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profit, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory product liability, or mandatory consumer rights.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections under EU and national consumer law that these terms cannot remove.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site, Card Database, Forge, purchase flow, legal requirements, or business structure changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
